I apparently have two user names on here. I used to logon with Discord and I'm even paying every month. Why are we not able to recover or reset passwords? That's very frustrating. It's my fault that can't remember the password but I don't understand the who matrix thing. Anyway, I need help logging back on and there's no email for support.
We didn't activate password resets on the Matrix OAuth because we didn't want to store/give your email addresses to a 3rd party. Our new OAuth2 server is our own software, so once the function to change passwords is written and working properly, once migrated, an account can recover and change passwords. However, this is still about 3 weeks away from being released. Shoot us an email at [email protected] and we can help you get back into your account.
Geezer. This account is the duplicate account. After I log in with my account with credits can this account be deleted so it doesn't add to my already addled mind? Thanks for the help!
