So i want to contribute to the community some more, but most of the numbers I find are either bad or out of service, so does anyone know a good place to find numbers?

For example you can do Google search : site : "lookup.robokiller.com" amazon or site : "nomorobo.com/lookup" amazon. Sometimes you may find working scam numbers (specially tech support scams and fake airlines) from Youtube because scammers are actively advertising their numbers on Youtube. Popupdb.org is useful for popup scam numbers. That's how I find a lot of scam numbers.

Other clues: try tech-support-related keywords in Google Image Search. Search for consumer finance/tech/entertainment brands on sites.google.com. Search for "toll-free number" and limit the result to the last 24 hours. Look for garbage Search Engine Optimization "blog" and "forum" sites, e.g. https://writeupcafe.com/community/category/science-technology/ . If you can afford a burner or VOIP phone whose number won't reveal accurate caller ID about you, call known scam numbers and your number will get passed around to other scammers who will start calling you.

https://askandroidquestions.com/

That site is also full of  tech support scam numbers and scammers keep posting them almost every day.
