Question about recordings


When I playback my recordings in full, It does not include bot audio. Is this normal?

Yes, that is normal behavior. Due to how the "Full Audio" recordings are performed internally within our phone system in combination with how the call bots work, we currently have to make serparate recordings for each (and can only record the first bot you add to your call). If you added at least one bot to your call, you should see a third recording entry appear labled "Bot audio", that will contain a recording of your call starting from the time that the first bot joined and will continue until it leaves or is disabled manually by you. Hopefully some time in the future, the way this works can be improved.

Here is an example of what the recordings page should look like when you've recorded a call that had a bot active in it:
